Description
Generate production work orders in the ERP system. Duties include printing and preparing job packets for production work centers. Assist with daily inventory control and annual physical inventory. Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
Ensure work orders are generated, and job packets are prepared by the schedule provided.
Print and prepare work order document packets and deliver to work centers.
Update work order parts/qty as engineering changes arise.
Track down jobs in process where order changes have been made and update paperwork.
Prepare job cost summaries.
Complete and close work orders for invoicing.
Support daily cycle count activities and transactions as requested.
Review open work order dashboard daily.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Experience using an ERP system
Understanding of inventory control, inventory transactions
