AgRevolution is seeking a Parts Inventory Control Manager throughout our Kentucky and Illinois locations. This position is responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing parts availability, and supporting both internal service teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for agricultural equipment.

Your Impact

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using AgRevolution's dealership management system (DMS).
  • Monitor and adjust stock levels to meet seasonal and operational demands.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and lead annual physical inventory processes.
  • Identify and manage surplus, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
  • Order parts from AGCO and other approved vendors in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Track shipments, manage backorders, and ensure timely delivery of critical components.
  • Collaborate with AGCO Parts Support to resolve supply chain issues.
  • Provide training on inventory procedures, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
  • Coordinate with service and sales departments to align inventory with dealership goals.
  • Provides backup coverage for Parts Counter operations as needed to ensure uninterrupted customer service and departmental productivity during periods of reduced staffing.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed to support inventory control and parts department operations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Agriculture preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in parts inventory management, preferably in an agricultural or heavy equipment dealership.
  • Familiarity with AGCO parts systems and dealership management software (e.g., DIS, CDK, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and seasonal parts demand.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
