About the Role:
We are seeking a Materials Manager to lead and enhance our supply chain, inventory management, and logistics operations at our Ponca City manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring material availability, production efficiency, and on-time delivery to meet customer demands.

What You'll Do:
Scheduling, Planning, and Customer Delivery

Inventory Management

Warehouse & Logistics Oversight

Supplier Scheduling & Performance

  • Negotiate and manage consignment agreements and blanket purchase orders for critical materials.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Champion the ADMS Material Control Pillar, driving lean transformation and supply chain maturity.

  • Develop, mentor, and build a high-performing team, ensuring future leadership growth.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). An Associate degree and/or additional years of experience is also acceptable.
  • 4-6 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or production environments.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Preferred: APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) and experience in inventory forecasting and production scheduling.
