Role: ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance)

Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay:
$18/hr, paid weekly

Location:
125 State St, Moonachie, NJ 07074

Scope of Work:

  • Perform daily cycle counts to keep our inventory sharp and accurate
  • Manage and maintain warehouse bins with precision and care
  • Identify and resolve inventory escalations or discrepancies before they become bigger issues
  • Own SKU management — including updating, naming, and maintaining SKU details
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse and supply chain teams to keep everyone in sync
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in how we manage inventory
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned — every day brings something new
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand/speak English

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Bring a strong analytical or mathematics background to solve real inventory challenges
  • Apply 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and analytical platforms — including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs — to keep data clean and actionable
  • Show strong technological proficiency and a genuine appetite for learning new systems
  • Stay highly self-motivated and customer-centric, even when priorities shift
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence and adaptability
  • Deliver a positive experience for both internal teams and external partners
