Our Warehouse team members are responsible for receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.
This position will also serve as a key resource for inventory accuracy initiatives, including cycle counting activities, inventory investigations, and assisting with the planning and execution of annual physical inventories.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day. Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
  • Load trucks with material scheduled for the day's deliveries within compliance of securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations.
  • Providing superior customer service
  • Double checking all loads for accuracy and ensuring that they are thoroughly secured for delivery
  • Providing warehouse support including shipping/receiving
  • Pulling order for walk-in customers
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Perform routine cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory control processes, including stock verification, adjustments, and location audits.S
  • upport and help coordinate the company's physical inventory counts, ensuring accurate documentation and reconciliation of inventory variances.
  • Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to record inventory movements and transactions.
  • Partner with warehouse leadership to identify and resolve inventory issues and improve inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • High School degree or GED.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, through complete shift.
  • Forklift experience desired.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Adhering to all safety policies, including wearing safety harness and other required equipment.
  • Work Monday through Friday and opportunity for overtime during the busy season.
  • Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management experience preferred.
  • Experience assisting with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ability to accurately analyze inventory discrepancies and perform basic inventory reporting.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
