Job Summary
 We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to earn commission in addition to hourly pay while developing expertise in the firearms and sporting goods industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and enjoys helping customers find the right products for their needs. 

Responsibilities 
  • Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with firearms, ammunition, and accessories. 
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Maintain accurate sales transactions using the point-of-sale system. 
  • Support store merchandising, restocking, and inventory control. 
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized retail environment. 
  • Process background checks (with appropriate training) and assist with required documentation. 
  • Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
  • Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry trends. 
Qualifications
  •  Must be at least 21 years old. 
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Prior retail or sales experience preferred; firearms or sporting goods experience a plus. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Basic computer and POS system proficiency. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 40 lbs. 
  •  Must pass a background check and comply with all applicable firearm regulations. 
  •  Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
