โ€ข Execute picking, packing, staging, and shipping of customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

โ€ข Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CDL required) to deliver materials to customer locations

โ€ข Ensure proper load securement using straps, chains, and binders while protecting materials during transit

โ€ข Conduct pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections in full compliance with DOT regulations

โ€ข Complete deliveries on time while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism

โ€ข Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and compliance records

โ€ข Transition seamlessly between warehouse and driving responsibilities based on operational needs

โ€ข Support branch operations during driver shortages, peak volumes, and operational disruptions

โ€ข Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to meet delivery and service commitments

โ€ข Contribute to improving operational efficiency and reducing delays and manual work

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

  • Valid CDL Class A (or B, based on fleet) license in good standing with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes

  • Understanding of DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance, and safe driving practices

  • Proficiency in forklift operation and material handling equipment

  • Ability to execute commercial driving routes and delivery schedules effectively

  • Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment

  • Ability to complete documentation and maintain compliance records accurately

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset
