Job description

SUMMARY Performs a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, picking, stocking, and inventory control. Maintains accurate inventory records, performs material transactions in the company ERP system, and is cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Pick materials, hardware, components, and supplies for production work orders. Package, prepare, and ship customer orders, vendor returns, and other outbound shipments. Stock materials in designated warehouse locations and replenish floor stock as needed. Perform inventory transactions in the company ERP system, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities. Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisor Label, identify, and store materials in accordance with company procedures. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse work area. Follow company quality standards, safety policies, and work instructions. Assist with Material Review Board (MRB) activities by processing inventory transactions and issuing replacement materials as directed. Cross-train in shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory control functions to support department needs. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, in a safe manner, if required. Communicate material shortages or other warehouse issues to supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned.
