Position Summary
The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, team productivity, & adherence to safety standards. This role supports the Warehouse Manager in executing operations across receiving, put-away, replenishment, order picking, & shipping while maintaining a strong focus on labor efficiency, operational performance, & continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with experience in high-volume warehouse environments who can effectively manage teams, optimize workflows, resolve operational challenges, & drive accountability across the warehouse.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, & shipping processes
