Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse and inventory operations. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment, performing cycle counts, and ensuring materials are properly stored and distributed throughout the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
  • Move, load, unload, and store materials in designated locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and bin locations in the inventory system
  • Issue materials to production and update transactions in the computer system
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as requested
  • Weigh, count, label, and identify materials and products
  • Assist with receiving and shipping operations as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within assigned areas
  • Support production and other departments as required
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Forklift Certification required or ability to obtain certification
  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory software and data entry
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and ratios
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
