Job description

Do you have strong inventory experience and enjoy work that requires accuracy, organization, and attention to detail? If you have recent warehouse inventory experience, are comfortable working on a cherry picker for the majority of your shift, and have experience using SAP or warehouse inventory systems, this opportunity may be for you.

Join a team supporting the aerospace industry in South Phoenix! In this role, approximately 80% of your day will be spent operating a cherry picker to locate, count, verify, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse. You'll also use SAP and warehouse management systems to research inventory, document counts, maintain accurate records, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

DAY SHIFT:
  • Mondayโ€“Wednesday | 6:30 AMโ€“7:00 PM + 4 hours TBD
  • Thursdayโ€“Saturday | 6:30 AMโ€“7:00 PM + 4 hours TBD

NIGHT SHIFT:
  • Sundayโ€“Tuesday | 6:30 PMโ€“7:00 AM + 4 hours TBD
  • Wednesdayโ€“Friday | 6:30 PMโ€“7:00 AM + 4 hours TBD
Pay: $20.25โ€“$21.25/hr

Inventory Control Associate Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cherry picker approximately 80% of the shift to access, count, verify, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Perform inventory and cycle counts while researching and correcting discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Use SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to review inventory, document transactions, and maintain accurate work records
  • Stage and organize materials within designated warehouse locations while verifying part numbers, quantities, and product information
  • Follow inventory control and quality assurance procedures while safely operating necessary warehouse equipment and tools
Inventory Control Associate Requirements:
  • 1+ year of recent warehouse experience, preferably in inventory control, cycle counting, distribution, or material handling
  • Previous cherry picker/order picker experience and comfortable operating equipment for approximately 80% of the workday
  • Experience using SAP, WMS, ERP, or similar inventory management systems to locate, research, and document inventory
  • Strong attention to detail with experience performing cycle counts, verifying inventory, and identifying discrepancies
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office; able to lift up to 50 lbs., wear steel-toe footwear, and work overtime as needed
