About the Role
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll ensure the accuracy and organization of our raw material and product inventory-keeping the right ingredients and supplies in the right place at the right time. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative precision, requiring attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
You'll maintain accurate records, lead physical counts, and work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to keep our materials flowing efficiently. What You'll Do
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, packaging, and finished products
  • Participate in physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Verify counts and documentation against system records and adjust discrepancies as needed
  • Stage raw ingredients daily based on production needs
  • Monitor stock levels and adjust as necessary to support ongoing operations
  • Prepare inventory reports and communicate adjustments to management
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain organized storage areas and warehouse housekeeping standards
  • Support inventory-related projects and assist with other warehouse operations as needed
