Job description

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor's associates' progress Key Accountabilities / Primary Duties & Responsibilities Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk Conduct training for new associates Assist in physical inventories Monitor performance of associates within the work group Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Friday to Sunday 5:00pm to 5:00am.
Pay 20.75+2.00 shift differential.
Role Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain inventory records.
  • Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
  • Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
  • Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
  • Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
