Create a welcoming and positive guest experience with every order. Handle concerns with professionalism and turn frowns into loyal fans.
???? Inventory & Cost Control:
Assist with inventory counts, supply orders, and managing food and packaging costs – helping the GM keep the restaurant stocked and efficient.
???? Financial Focus:
Work with the GM to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and labor goals. Understand the numbers, celebrate wins, and course-correct when needed.
???? Safety & Compliance:

What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior restaurant or retail supervisory experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • A natural leader who knows how to motivate and energize a team
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, organized, and ready to jump into any role as needed
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
