About the Team

Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Associate (Pricing and Go-to-Market Strategy Associate) to support Pricing, Distribution, and managing the Go-to-Market lifecycle for all product releases. This role will report into the GTM Pricing team Manager and work closely with the GTM team Director, the Chief Commercial Officer, and the Collectibles President to formulate and execute strategic pricing recommendations and product release strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled at synthesizing disparate sources of information, highly analytical, and a strong executor with a proven record of driving results. This role is highly cross-functional and will involve interfacing with teams across the organization as well as executive leadership. As such, successful candidates will also be strong communicators with a collaborative mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Within the first 6 months, you will...

  • Become an expert on the Collectibles product portfolio and market, including the strategic value proposition of each product, product segmentation, market dynamics, and more
  • Develop a deep understanding of how to analyze the inputs into Strategic Pricing & Distribution and how to measure the success of a product releases and pricing strategies
  • Own each product's Commercial lifecycle end-to-end through working with stakeholders across Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, Project Management, Inventory Management, Finance, and more to execute on release strategies
  • Help build out a robust, data-driven, Strategic Pricing and Distribution motion in order to optimize Commercial performance. Identify areas for improvement and design and execute new processes
  • Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics to inform strategies
  • Become a subject-matter-expert in all things Trading Cards!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4+ years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance, or Biz Ops roles
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred
  • Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
  • Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together
  • Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high priority initiatives
  • Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn
  • Strong report writing skills with the ability to gather, evaluate, and analyze relevant information while structuring material in a logical and coherent manner
