Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking an Intune-End Point Engineer to provide expertise in endpoint management. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint solutions while ensuring security and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert on Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM) concepts.
• Design, implement, and manage Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint solutions.
• Manage and maintain endpoint security policies and configurations.
• Recommend and implement security best practices to sustain and improve the security of all mobile devices.
• Understand and resolve complex operational issues impacting user productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.
• Analyze, mature, and grow the endpoint service offerings to drive adoption and expand utilization through reporting and key performance indicators.
• Extensive experience in endpoint management tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
• Experience in managing endpoints like iOS, Android, Windows on Microsoft Intune platform.
• Experience in implementing Windows Co-management and Autopilot solutions in the environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in endpoint management.
• Proficient in Intune and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
Preferred:
• Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure certifications.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Familiarity with AD Security Groups, Ops, DNS and GPO management.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including VPN and certificate-based authentication.
