Position: Windows and MacOS Endpoint Engineer

Location: Newark, DE - F2F interview

A leading technology organization is hiring an Endpoint Engineer to support our client. This Contract role is Hybrid in Newark, DE and involves managing both Windows and MacOS endpoint devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining device performance, security, and compliance, contributing to building a modern desktop platform for end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot end-user endpoint devices across Windows and MacOS environments.
  • Implement and support endpoint management solutions such as MECM, Intune, and Jamf Pro to ensure efficient application deployment and asset management.
  • Develop and automate management processes using scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Support the design and implementation of policy and compliance frameworks within Azure and Active Directory.
  • Contribute to the deployment and support of virtual desktop solutions for end users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent work experience in IT endpoint engineering.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in endpoint management or related IT roles.
  • Experience designing, testing, and implementing endpoint management solutions including MECM, Intune, and Jamf Pro.
  • Strong scripting skills for automation purposes.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Jamf Certified Tech are a plus.
