What is the Opportunity?

The RBC and City National Bank Mobile Development team is innovative and rapidly growing. We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist for our Mobile Device Management team who is passionate about technology and brings a depth of mobile device management experience to the team.

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management solutions for Corporate Owned and BYOD mobile devices.

  • Report on management policies that align with regulatory and bank standards.

  • Remediate deficiencies in policy application and compliance.

  • Run reports from the MDM platform to use to validate management policy compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, application owners, testers, user-experience, security, audit, and compliance.

  • Continuously improve the policies based on regulatory requirements or OS and platform feature and functionality changes.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing iOS and Android devices with Intune, Maas360 and/or WorkspaceOne

  • A solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms and trends

  • Experience with integrating Intune with Apple Business Manager (DEP) and Apple Volume Purchasing Program.

  • Experience configuring and deploying Android for Work/Android Enterprise profiles and policies.

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra Private Access

  • Experience with PowerShell and GraphAPI for the purpose of automation and reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be a collaborative, team player, who values giving and receiving constructive feedback and who has strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in a banking environment (Large, complex environments)

  • Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).

  • Experience with iOS Managed IDs and User Enrollment.

  • Experience with Entra ID and Office 365.
