Opening
Solvere One is seeking a highly qualified MSP Project Engineer to lead and execute software and Cloud migration projects. This role focuses on migrations within Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and related ecosystems, including Intune deployments, GCC High migrations, and tenant-to-tenant transitions. The MSP Project Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless migrations with minimal disruption.
Position Requirements
- Plan, design, and execute Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations, including email, file storage, and collaboration tools.
- Perform Intune configuration and deployment for device management and security compliance.
- Manage GCC High migrations for government and regulated environments, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Conduct tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid environment integrations.
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and client stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all migration processes.
- Provide escalation-level troubleshooting during migration projects.
- Ensure all work is tracked and documented in real time.
Required Technical Experience
- Microsoft 365 administration and migration expertise (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Google Workspace administration and migration experience.
- Intune configuration and policy deployment.
- Familiarity with GCC High compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management.
- Experience with multi-factor authentication and security best practices.
- Ability to script and automate migration tasks (PowerShell preferred).
Preferred Technical Experience
- ConnectWise Manage and Automate.
- IT Glue documentation platform.
- Azure and AWS cloud services.
- VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST).
