Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Sr. IT Administrator to join their team. As a Sr IT Administrator - you will be part of the Business Technology Services department supporting the IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Administrator - Sr.

Location: Cottage Grove, Wisconsin

What's the Job?

  • Deliver a consistent, secure, and automated endpoint experience across all devices and operating systems.
  • Design, engineer, and support endpoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
  • Implement improvements to endpoint architecture and contribute to infrastructure planning aligned with business needs.
  • Manage projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and support operational stability within the credit union.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members in advanced IT practices.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Six or more years of relevant IT experience or a combination of education and applicable work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD.
  • Expertise in VDI solutions including Citrix, VMware, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
