Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Infrastructure & Automation)


Note: This is not a networking or frontline security support role.


  • Design, deploy, and manage hybrid environments spanning on-premises and Azure (IaaS, PaaS, M365)
  • Implement and manage Entra ID (Azure AD), identity federation, and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Lead device lifecycle automation using Intune, Autopilot, and modern endpoint management strategies
  • Architect and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity solutions using Azure-native tools (e.g., Azure Site Recovery)
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for system configuration and operational efficiency
  • Build and manage ARM/Bicep templates to standardize Azure deployments
  • Implement IaC practices across VMware and Hyper-V environments for scalable provisioning
  • Leverage Azure Automation, Azure Arc, and System Center for unified hybrid infrastructure management
  • Design self-service provisioning and automated workflows across Microsoft platforms
  • Integrate Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to streamline operations
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Utilize Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Sentinel for governance, compliance, and security alignment

Technical Skills
