Job Summary:
EPIC Piping, part of United Weld Holdings, is a leading pipe fabrication company based in Baton Rouge, LA. They are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize their IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security of business-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and print services.
• Manage virtualized and cloud server infrastructure and perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Monitor server health, performance, storage capacity, and system availability.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), hybrid cloud integrations, and synchronization services.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization, security, and cost optimization.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage a Citrix environment.
• Administer user accounts, licensing, email security, retention policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support endpoint management and mobile device administration.

• Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments or foreman to discuss, estimate, and resolve issues.
• Assist with budgeting, vendor coordination, hardware procurement, and asset management.
• Provide cost analysis data when upgrading or purchasing new hardware, software, or equipment.
• Complete all over tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience
• Windows Server Administration (2019, 2022, 2025)
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Office 365 and Azure Administration
• Aruba Wireless Networks Administration
• Cisco Meraki Firewalls and VPNs
• Fortinet Switching Infrastructure
• Citrix Administration
• Network administration
• Hardware and Software installation and administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify problems and troubleshoot system issues.
Preferred:
