Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking an IT Ops Support Analyst VII to assist in developing processes and procedures for configuring and enhancing the Client's Digital Services Platform. The role involves working closely with platform architects and software engineers to ensure efficient operations and support for the platform.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the platform team (architects, developers, configurator) to design and document processes for platform operations and support, including:
• Standing up Digital Services Platform tenant for new selected countries.
• Adding / removing uses to the Business Support Services portion of the Digital Services Platform.
• Adding / onboarding new services intro the Digital Services Platform.
• Loading product definitions into the Digital Services Platform.
• Adding / loading product catalogues and content in the Digital Services Platform.
• Loading pricing per product introductions and updating pricing changes in the Digital Services Platform.
• Onboarding customers and partners to enable ordering and license management in the Digital Services Platform.
• Loading special pricing for a specific product for a specific reseller or customer in the Digital Services Platform
• Received triage incidents related to Digital Services Platform form Client's Customer Support (CS) organization.
• Manage and perform maintenance and release management for the Digital Services Platform (e.g., new Interworks ID feature - changed how HPID works).
• Respond to / resolve issues caused by / related to the Digital Services Platform.
• Address / answer questions about and provide support for subscription billing on the Digital Services Platform.
• Serve as a technical resource working directly on the Interworks platform designing and validating processes.
• Perform platform operations and support, including service configuration and platform troubleshooting activities
• Transition process execution to support organization providing knowledge transfer
• Interface and collaborate with Interworks staff to ensure Client's projects are implemented accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands on experience with cloud services tools, designing, developing and supporting on-line sales and service catalogues.
• Hands on experience designing and tuning business processes, documenting and publishing
• Familiarity with cloud architectures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including Visio
Preferred:
• Direct experience with Interworks is a plus
• Familiarity with the Microsoft CSP program, Client Digital Services and Client Q2C systems is a plus
