Short Description
Assists interventionalists in all procedures within the scope of interventional radiology and vascular surgery, but not limited to oncology, vascular and trauma. Skill set must be maintained to handle supplies/instrumentation associated with interventional procedures. Adheres to all infection prevention policies, utilizing the appropriate PPE needed.
Experience Required
1-2 year of Interventional Radiology or Cardiovascular Interventional Technology preferred
Education Requirements
Graduate of AMA approved program for Diagnostic Radiology and therefore registry eligible.
NJ DEP license required upon hire
License/Certification Requirements
Current BLS.
Current ARRT - American Registry Radiology Tech License.
Current NJ-RADTECH - NJ Radiology Tech License
