Requirements
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
- 1 year of IR or related technologist experience preferred
- Required procedure exposure: Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase II recovery
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support interventional radiology procedures, including Y-90 chemotherapy delivery, embolization, biopsies, stent placement, and GI bleed management.
- Manage Phase II recovery and TPA administration.
- Conduct vein sampling and participate in various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and effective communication during procedures.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment and adhere to safety protocols in the procedural area.
Compliance / Notes
- Previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for this travel position.
- Two references covering one year within the last three years are required.
