Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Newark, DE
Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Shift & Schedule:

  • Evening Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • OR Day/Evening Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • OR Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM | 4 Days/Week
  • Weekend and Holiday Call Rotation Required

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Radiologic Technologist for an exciting opportunity in Newark, DE.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support advanced imaging systems including C-Arms, portable X-ray machines, and hybrid OR imaging systems
  • Perform procedural imaging for angiography, cardiac procedures, trauma imaging, and endograft procedures
  • Support vascular hybrid room operations and imaging troubleshooting
  • Operate contrast power injectors and manage contrast media usage
  • Support spine and pelvic Stealth Navigation systems and O-Arm integration
  • Assist with surgical navigation setup and imaging support
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient imaging support in high-acuity procedural settings
  • Assist in clinical education and training of staff and students

Requirements

  • Completion of a two-year accredited Radiologic Technology program required
  • Minimum 3 years of Radiologic Technologist experience required
  • Current ARRT certification required
  • Delaware State Radiology License required
  • Advanced knowledge of diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with interventional and surgical imaging environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of contrast media and imaging safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hybrid operating room systems and navigation systems preferred
  • Experience supporting clinical training and staff development preferred
