Power Generation Field Service Technician (5+ Years Required)

Location: Butler, WI

Experienced Generator Technicians Wanted

If you have 5+ years performing maintenance and repairs on generators AND automatic transfer switches (ATS), we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance, and repairs on generators & ATS systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
  • Complete load bank testing, installations, and system upgrades
  • Respond to service calls and support customers in the field
  • Document work, parts, and service reports accurately
  • Follow all safety and compliance standards

What You Must Have

? 5+ years of generator AND ATS experience (required)
? Strong knowledge of diesel/natural gas engines and electrical systems
? Experience with troubleshooting control systems and switchgear
? Ability to work independently in a field service environment
? Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

Preferred Experience

  • Generator brands: Cummins, CAT, MTU, Kohler
  • Experience with load banking, paralleling systems, or controls
  • Technical training in electrical, power generation, or diesel mechanics
