What is a CDL Driver?

A CDL Driver is responsible for safely transporting raw materials and finished goods between facilities, warehouses, and customer locations. This role ensures timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company standards.


What You Can Expect to Do as a CDL Driver:

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport materials and products
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Load and unload materials as required, ensuring proper handling and securement
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
  • Communicate with dispatch and operations teams regarding delivery status and issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and internal locations
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicle


What We Are Looking For in a CDL Driver:

  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required
  • HZMAT Certification
  • Tanker Endorsement
  • Clean driving record and compliance with DOT requirements
  • Previous experience driving commercial vehicles preferred
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and transportation procedures
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including loading and unloading materials
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good communication and time management skills
