Job description

Position Overview:

The Corporate Social Media Assistant is responsible for supporting the work of the Vice President, Digital Communications & Storytelling's team, and the communications department in telling the story of MSE to internal and external audiences, which the department drives in coordination with the marketing and communications teams across all MSE owned and operated brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Capture compelling media content across corporate events, community initiatives, executive engagements, and other activations for MSE's digital audiences.
  • Support the corporate communications team in aligning integrated strategies, content, campaigns, and storytelling across enterprise social media teams.
  • Edit and produce compelling short-form video content for corporate social media and digital platforms using primarily Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality creative assets.
  • Design branded graphics, social media templates, and other visual content that align with MSE's visual identity and storytelling objectives.
  • Support the execution of MSE's corporate social media strategy by creating engaging multimedia content that elevates key initiatives, events, and announcements.
  • Assist in maintaining the corporate content calendar and supporting the planning, production, and publishing of digital content.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional experience or relevant internships in multimedia production, graphic design, digital content creation, communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency operating production equipment to capture high-quality photo and video content in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Strong graphic develop skills with the ability to recognize effective branding and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Experience editing short-form video content optimized for social media and digital platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital content trends and guidelines across social media platforms.
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Understanding and ability to complete tasks within Monumental Sports & Entertainment's brand standards and visual identity.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 USD/hour
