What are internships in accounting?

Internships in accounting are short-term work experiences offered by accounting firms, corporations, or government agencies to students or recent graduates interested in the accounting field. Interns gain practical knowledge, learn about industry standards, and often build valuable professional networks. Completing an accounting internship can improve job prospects and may even lead to a full-time position after graduation.
