Division: CorporateWork Schedule: M-F 8-5Job DescriptionThe Intern - Student Internship Program will work for the duration of specific projects or assignments participating in a UNITED school partnership program. Projects will vary by department. This position will receive insight on how Coca-Cola UNITED functions and serves its community and customers, as well as a comprehensive understanding of how all departments contribute to the manufacturing and selling of Coca-Cola products.What your day will look like:Work collaboratively with other Interns to complete a final projectEngage in community activitiesLearn soft skills, such as presenting and interacting with associates in a customer-focused settingLearn about project management, goal-setting and time managementRotate through various departments to gain exposure to different processes and people that support UNITED?s initiativesProvide administrative and analytical work as neededPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed:Minimum of 18 years oldValid driver?s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skillsAttendance at a school located within UNITED territory preferredMust be actively enrolled in school at the time of applicationAbility to work with cross functional teamsPhysical RequirementsPosition will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
