  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple social platforms.
  • Support community management efforts through social listening, audience engagement, trend monitoring, and issue escalation when appropriate.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, emerging social trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for clients.
Influencer Marketing
  • Research, identify, and vet influencers and content creators aligned with client goals and audiences.
  • Support influencer outreach, contracting and negotiation, content review & approval, and overall campaign coordinations.
  • Monitor influencer content performance and contribute recommendations to optimize future programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, creator partners, agents and representatives.

  • Mentor interns and junior team members on foundational social media, influencer, and account management tasks.
  • Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, content strategies, influencer activations, and emerging digital opportunities.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends, platform innovations, and digital marketing best practices.
Success Factors:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Experience supporting social media programs and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Independently capture, edit, and produce social media content for client channels, including filming short-form video at client locations, events, activations, and other content opportunities.
  • Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, including self-filming and appearing in content when required, to create platform-native assets optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, emails, and presentations.
