The position provides technical leadership, develops solutions to complex business needs, and serves as a key liaison between customers and technical staff. The Well Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following Knowledge: Design and develop integrated business and education software solutions that interact between multiple enterprise platforms and applications both on-premise and cloud (SaaS). Design and develop Microsoft 365 solutions using Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint and related tools.

Principles and techniques of systems analysis and Object-Oriented programming for computerized applications Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications Programming, markup, and query languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java, JavaScript HTML, CSS, and SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions Development environments, frameworks, and technologies such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, the Microsoft .NET platform, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, web services, Spring J2EE, and mobile application development Servers in an n-tier architecture such as Web servers, application servers, and database servers run on premise and in cloud environment Operating systems such as Windows, Unix, Linux, Android, and IOS Relational databases such as MS SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle Data warehousing, BI, and ETL tools Principles, concepts and techniques of feasibility studies, cost benefit analyses, systems studies, and the preparation of budget projections Principles of data governance and awareness of emerging data governance standards and organizational policies related to application development Application of AI-assisted development tools and agents, including AI coding assistants and large language model platforms, in supporting application design, development, testing, and documentation Competencies: Analyzing & Interpreting Data - Drawing meaning and conclusions from quantitative and/or qualitative data Critical Thinking - Analytically and logically evaluating information, propositions, and claims Professional & Technical Expertise - Applying technical subject matter to the job Adaptability - Responding positively to change and modifying behavior as the situation requires. Experience: Five years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of client server or Web-based enterprise applications, including one year of experience working on the development for integration of software across enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Azure Environment and database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, and Cloud SaaS solutions. Additional Requirements: A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain transportation between job sites may be required. Hybrid remote schedules may be available.
