Salary: $75,000 - $115,000+ depending on experience.

About Us:

The Law Office of Dan Park is a small, but busy, law firm focused primarily on the practice of Immigration law. The firm has limited practice in traffic, criminal, and family law matters and another office that practices personal injury law. We have a dedicated staff who are committed to providing clients with the best representation possible. We are looking for someone who shares those values to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping others.
  • Someone who is familiar with immigration law and enthusiastic about practicing it. We are open to any level of experience. Immigration experience can come from law school classes, clinics, internships, previous jobs, or personal/family experience.
  • Spanish proficiency is required.
  • Someone who is flexible, able to communicate, and invested in working in a collaborative environment.
  • Someone who can work independently and manage their own case load (dependent on experience).
  • Someone who is resilient.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Representing clients before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, USCIS, and State Court.
  • Meeting with clients.
  • Performing legal research.
  • Drafting briefs and memos.
  • Reviewing applications.
