Job Responsibilities

  • Manages value creation engagements across preclose diligence and postclose execution.
  • Structures analytical approaches for synergy, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Leads client working sessions and supports value realization planning.
  • Oversees development of value creation deliverables and analytical models.
  • Collaborates with deal, diligence, and functional advisory teams.
  • Manages engagement execution, timelines, and team performance.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6-11 years of experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience serving private equity clients.
  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $112,100 - $225,500

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
