This position offers the opportunity to influence high-visibility initiatives and build financial tools and analytics that directly impact Polaris' dealer network and ORV business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support ORV promotions strategy, partnering with Sales and SIOP to drive retail growth, market share, and gross profit.
  • Lead quarterly analysis of the promotions balance sheet reserve, developing data-driven analytics that improve forecasting accuracy, visibility, and automation.
  • Facilitate monthly financial reviews to reconcile results, identify trends, and recommend actions to meet business commitments.
  • Provide financial leadership and analytical support for strategic dealer incentive programs, including the Polaris Northstar Dealer Program and Polaris Certified Service.
  • Build financial models and tools that enhance dealer profitability insights and support new strategic priorities related to dealer operations.
  • Partner with the Global Channel team to evaluate business cases related to dealer network optimization, including buy/sell activity and strategic realignments.
  • Develop, train, and mentor interns, associates, and analysts to strengthen analytical capabilities and business partnership skills.

Desired Competencies:

  • Business Acumen: You understand how your work impacts financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational goals, and you make decisions with the broader business context in mind.

  • Experience with dealership promotion finance is a plus.
  • Experience with financial systems tools such as Power BI, OneStream, or Alteryx required.
  • Experience coordinating large financial processes such as divisional or corporate budgets and forecasts.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights and plans.
  • Experience leading or supporting monthly financial close and preparing reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills within a matrixed environment.
  • Some occasional travel required.
