The Senior IT Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and project management to employees within Ghostpunch Games. The role will encompass project management, troubleshooting, maintaining, and implementing a variety of IT systems and services. Collaborative work with other departments and keen attention to current industry technologies, specifically in gaming, will be crucial.


Software Knowledge:


Familiarity with Fortinet Firewall and/or Cisco Firewall Required

Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux

Game Development Environments: Unity, Unreal Engine

Office Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace

Collaboration Tools: Slack, Discord

Ticketing Systems: JIRA Service Desk
