Job Summary
The Management Trainee program at Ace ImageWear is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience across various departments. This entry-level position offers a structured training program where you’ll rotate through key areas of our operations, sales, and customer service. Upon successful completion, you’ll be prepared for a management role within the company. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn the ins and outs of the uniform rental industry and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotational assignments across departments, including operations, sales, customer service, route management, and facility maintenance.
  • Support customer interactions by accompanying route service representatives, handling inquiries, and contributing to account management.
  • Analyze business processes to identify improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects related to uniform programs, and facility supplies.
  • Learn leadership skills through mentoring sessions, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
