As a delivery associate, you will drive a company-provided delivery vehicle and be responsible for making sure all packages are delivered safely, on-time, and to the correct location.

Shifts: Current shifts will range between 8-10hr with start times ranging between 8:30a-11:30a each day. We schedule shifts across all 7 days of the week, so drivers can expect to work 3-5 of those days weekly depending on your scheduled shift length.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Use hand-held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered.
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (a CDL or other commercial driver's license is NOT required)
  • Confidence behind the wheel, customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent time management skills.
  • Past professional driving experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
