About the Role:
Join J & J Air as an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, where your skills will help keep our customers comfortable year-round. We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver top-notch HVAC solutions on the Grand Strand and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service requests and provide timely resolutions (minimal callbacks).
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair preferred.
