Key Responsibilities
  • Own campaign strategy, setup, trafficking, pacing, QA, and optimization across digital advertising products.
  • Partner with Sales and account teams to analyze campaign performance, understand advertiser KPIs, and identify opportunities for incremental investment and account growth.
  • Diagnose campaign, tracking, and ad-serving issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate deliverables with offshore Ad Operations teams to ensure quality execution, effective handoffs, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Translate advertiser objectives and campaign performance into actionable recommendations that improve outcomes and support account retention and growth.

  • Document testing results, identify issues, and provide structured operational feedback to relevant teams.
  • Manage multiple campaign priorities independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze campaign data using spreadsheets, dashboards, BI tools, and basic querying environments to identify trends and investigate issues.
Basic Qualifications
