We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support key HR functions across a multi-state workforce. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and safety initiatives, while offering broad exposure to all areas of HR. This is primarily an onsite role in St. Paul, Minnesota. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, technology-savvy, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. What You'll DoLead college recruiting efforts and build relationships with colleges and universities throughout the Upper MidwestManage and enhance the company's internship program, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and program evaluationCoordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programsLead the Safety Committee and partner with operational leaders to promote a culture of workplace safetyAdminister leave programs, including FMLA, disability, and applicable state leave requirementsMaintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy within ADP Workforce NowPrepare HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics to support business decisionsSupport compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsAssist with benefits administration, open enrollment activities, and benefit reconciliationsSupport employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR programs and policiesAssist with employee relations matters while partnering with HR leadership as neededProvide backup support for payroll processingTravel seasonally for recruiting events and company-related activitiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsRecent hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist roleStrong working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR complianceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointValid driver's license and ability to travel as neededPreferred QualificationsPayroll administration experienceExperience managing internship programs and college recruiting initiativesSafety committee leadership or workplace safety program experiencePHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certificationAbout Power/mation With a rich history dating back to 1961, Power/mation is at the forefront of the automation industry.
