Requirements
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented students who are eager to learn and contribute:

• 2nd, 3rdor 4th-year student with a declared major or strong focus in, ComputerScience, Project Management, or Information Technology.
• Softwaredevelopment basics: A foundational understanding of codingconcepts and the software development lifecycle to collaborate effectivelywith the team.
• Methodologies: Familiaritywith methodologies such as Agile and Scrum for managing iterativedevelopment processes.
• Dataanalysis: The ability to interpret project data to informdecision-making.

• Communication: Verbaland written skills to communicate project goals, requirements, and statusto both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to interact withcolleagues, management, and vendors to covey needs and understand technicalissues.
• Leadership: Theability to engage and work with a team toward a common goal, includingbuilding a strong team morale and delegating tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving: Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and work with a team to developeffective solutions.
• Timemanagement: Support estimating tasks, creating realisticschedules, and managing deadlines efficiently.
• Riskmanagement: The capacity to identify potential risks and workwith the team to develop strategies to mitigate them.
