  • Ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Mexican regulations on food safety, traceability, labeling, customs, and environmental requirements.
  • Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team to support long-term regional growth.
  • Maintain strong communication and stakeholder engagement across global and local vendors, and global and regional teams.
Experience/Qualifications you need to be successful:

  • Strong understanding of North American import/export procedures, food regulations, and cross-border logistics.
  • Experience implementing or working with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, forecasting tools).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across global and regional teams, including global and local vendor partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.
This is a high-impact role for a supply chain leader ready to drive scalability, efficiency, and excellence-ensuring Chagee's products and customer experience are consistently delivered with precision and care throughout North America.
