(100% REMOTE) | CONTRACT 

Position Purpose
The SAP WM Consultant supports the delivery, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP WM solutions. This role partners with operations, business stakeholders, and senior consultants to analyze warehouse processes, support system configuration, and help translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. The position is designed for early‐career professionals developing hands-on SAP consulting and delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborates with warehouse operations, supply chain, IT partners, and product teams to understand business requirements and warehouse process flows (inbound, outbound, inventory, and replenishment).
· Assists in documenting functional requirements, process flows, and configuration considerations for SAP EWM / WM solutions.
· Supports SAP EWM / WM configuration and enhancements under guidance, including warehouse structure, process types, storage types/bins, and basic warehouse control concepts.
· Participates in testing activities, including unit, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, for SAP warehouse solutions.
· Helps analyze incidents, defects, and enhancement requests, and supports root-cause analysis for SAP EWM/WM processes.
· Assists with data validation and coordination related to master data, transactional data, and configuration consistency across environments.
· Maintains clear documentation for configurations, test results, and process changes in accordance with IT and SAP delivery standards.
· Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize warehouse processes using SAP EWM / WM capabilities.
· Builds foundational expertise in SAP EWM / WM and gradually increases ownership of defined functional consulting workstreams.
Pay Rate: $40.00-$65.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.

Skills Requirements
· SAP EWM and/or SAP WM - !!!(FIRM Requirement - DO NOT APPLY IF NO EXPERIENCE IN SAP EWM OR SAP WM) !!!
· Ability to analyze warehouse processes and translate operational needs into functional application requirements.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and warehouse operations partners.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured SAP delivery and testing processes.
· Willingness to learn SAP configuration, consulting methodologies, and enterprise warehouse operations through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Pluses

· Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Internship, co-op, or early-career experience in SAP, warehouse operations, supply chain systems, or application support preferred.
