I was raised in Grafton, WI, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin before starting my career as an agent. Family is central to who I am—my wife and I have three daughters, and we enjoy traveling and skiing together in the great outdoors.

Position Overview:
Are you a motivated communicator who enjoys talking to people and driving results? Chad Radtke State Farm is looking for a reliable and outgoing Account Representative to join our remote team!
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. What You’ll Do:
  • Reach out to existing customers via text messages
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
  • Promote State Farm products and services
  • Help build relationships and grow our customer base
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Must reside in Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, or Arizona
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
