Job description

High Rise Window Cleaner - $25/hour (SPRAT Certified) Location: Tampa, FL Company: EBS, a 4M Company
Are you an experienced high rise window cleaner with a passion for working at heights and a strong eye for detail? EBS is currently seeking a skilled and reliable High Rise Window Cleaner to join our growing team. This position offers a starting wage of $25/hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Perform exterior window cleaning on high-rise buildings using rope descent systems and other approved methods
• Conduct sealing and caulking work to maintain the integrity of building exteriors
• Perform pressure washing services as needed on various surfaces
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards
• Conduct pre- and post-job equipment checks and ensure proper use and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with team leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and site readiness
• Assist with or operate drone-based window cleaning systems on applicable job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines related to drone operation
• Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure proper handling and maintenance of drone equipment
• Collaborate with team members to integrate drone technology into cleaning processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high rise window cleaning
• SPRAT Level I certification (Level II or III preferred)
• Proven ability to caulk, seal, and pressure wash
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable working at extreme heights
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Experience operating drones or willingness to be trained
• Ability to obtain or currently hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (preferred)
