Job Description:

As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive product development, and ensure the successful execution of business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow into a full-time role, with a clear pathway to permanent employment after completing the internship.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to develop actionable insights.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business needs clearly.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and methodologies.

  • Paid Internship: Upon completing your unpaid internship and training, there is potential to move to a paid internship program. Deepen your skills, take on more responsibility, and prove your potential with a competitive stipend.
  • Full-Time Employment: Potential to move to full-time employment after completing the paid internship. High performers will transition into permanent Business Analyst/Product Owner roles with opportunities for growth and career advancement at Auzmor.
