Education & Clinical Staff – Multiple Openings!


Plainfield, NJ, North Bergen, NJ and surrounding NNJ Region

Full-time (exempt) & Part-time (non-exempt) roles available!

At First Children Services, we’re a collaborative team of educators, clinicians, and support professionals working together to Create Life-Changing Outcomes for Exceptional Kids with behavioral, mental health, and physical needs.

  • Teachers (Special Education, TOD, and related instructional roles)
  • Speech Therapist

Compensation:

(All ranges based on experience, education, background, and certification)

  • Teachers: $61,000 – $80,000 annually
  • Speech Therapist: $67,000 - $92,000 annually
  • Paraprofessionals: $19.50-$22.00/hour
  • Behavior Technicians (BTs): $21.00 – $26.00/hour
