Boeing Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is responsible for the Maintenance of Boeing buildings and infrastructure including project implementation, construction services and employee moves.


Available opportunities include:


Project Administrator / Construction Management - Receives, validates, and logs customer requests for facilities services such as construction, rearrangements, moves and asset acquisition. Meets with customers, evaluates requests, provides tactical plans, defines requirements, and identifies design options.
Planner - Compiles data from headcount projections and business plans to enable forecasting. Manages site assets cost efficiently to meet production and operational needs. In advance of production changes, oversees the development of scenarios - showing scopes, schedule, and budget alternatives. Develops and communicates proposals to stakeholders.
Facilities Analyst - Receives and responds to internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment and systems. Performs studies and conducts research to determine the feasibility, viability and capability of a program or project. Collects and logs data from various systems to perform analysis on buildings, equipment, systems, processes and procedures to make recommendations and implement improvements.
Systems Integration Specialist - Lead technology initiatives by meeting with various business partners to gather requirements, evaluate technology solutions, support security assessments, develop implementation plans and support the deployment of various facilities technology solutions.
Business Operations - Oversee and optimize various operational processes within an organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities may include analyzing and improving workflows, implementing strategies to enhance productivity, and presenting and providing input on business objectives. Collects, organizes, and provides data, according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
CMO (Change Management Office) - Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to change management. Assist with developing change management plans, including identifying change impacts, researching stakeholders, and conducting & analyzing surveys on transformational or complex projects.

Property Management- Property Management is one of six Business Systems where compliance must be maintained by defense contractors. As an Intern in our Property Management organization you will have the unique opportunity to witness first-hand the lifecycle of Government and Boeing owned property that is accountable to some of the most exciting Government Programs across America. From Acquisition to Disposition, you may assist in maintaining first time quality through accurate record keeping, reporting, data analytics and communicating across multiple business systems. Participate in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to the Property Management lifecycle. Experiences can include reconciliation of Physical Inventory results by researching records and documents of missing property, review of contracts for terms and conditions related to Government Property requirements and conducting assessments of Property Management System health.

Some of these positions are hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027

  • Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing

  • Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)

  • Previous business or related internships or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations

  • Majoring in one of the following: Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Technical Management, or other related fields

  • The ability to telecommute

  • The ability to relocate and work onsite
